Delia (黛莉亞) is one of the four Hime Bond girls officially spotlighted before Stellar Affinity launched on EROLABS (29 July 2026). Partner press — including the 22 July 2026 LDPlayer / PChome feature — calls her the craftsman of a steam city: she forgets the room the moment a wrench hits a panel, stays cheerful, and thinks with her hands first. This page is the captain’s roster card for mid-August 2026, after the Light Festival window closed on 12 August maintenance.

Why she matters after 16 August 2026
Quiet weeks after a festival are when craftsman fantasies get over-funded. Captains see a girl who “fixes the ship” and dump divine artifacts into her because the story says she loves machines. That is backwards. Artifacts exist to clear docks. If Delia is not in the squad that actually undocks, she is a Bond-only project — gifts yes, limit-break mats no. Use this mid-August test:
- Does she start your next hard stages attempt?
- Does her affection visibly feed energy you convert this week (artifacts & energy)?
- Would stealing story free 6★ mats from the written carry change a wall you can name? If the answers are no / maybe / yes, keep her on gifts & dating and the bond checklist as Flex or Bond-only. If the answers are yes / yes / no, promote her and follow progression.
Suggested archetype (verify in-client)
Official copy never prints a damage formula. The steam-city craftsman fantasy suggests idle-battery or module-synergy flavor — a girl who looks like she belongs next to conversion menus. Do not spend tickets to “complete her machine kit” until a real node proves the job. Score her with the roster checklist and the tier list method: clear speed, check survival, bond friction, artifact hunger, opportunity cost. Pairing ideas to test, not dogma:
- Flex next to a story free 6★ carry from story six-star if she only fills a support seat.
- Bond-catalyst lane if her Talk / Gift / Mission ticks are cheap and her combat seat is empty.
