Stellar Affinity Patch Notes

Patch notes are how we know when to refresh the tier list, team builds, and divine artifacts guidance. This page tracks themes of each Stellar Affinity update on EROLABS rather than pasting raw legal changelogs. Official client text always wins on conflict.

The game launched 29 July 2026. Early patches often mix hotfixes for mail delivery, redeem UI, and tutorial locks with the first balance nudges to idle income or stage modifiers. If your launch rewards mail looks missing after an update, reclaim before you theorycraft.

What we watch each patch

Post-update checklist

  1. Install cleanly; if the client loops, follow download & PC.
  2. Open mailbox — claim compensation, delayed fragment gifts, or CBT return mail.
  3. Re-check active codes and tick attempts in the codes tracker.
  4. Test your story team on a hard node from the planet walkthrough.
  5. Adjust progression if material costs or caps changed.
  6. Skim current events for missions that appeared with the build.

How patches interact with launch economy

Early patches sometimes clarify whether server gifts (5000 碎星), login pull campaigns (200), or carnival rows grant late. Do not paste those campaign names into Redeem — mail ≠ code box. Newbie targeted recruit and story free-core → 6★ paths may also receive UI fixes; re-read gacha & summon if a button moved.

When the meta actually moved

Only reshuffle binders when notes mention skill multipliers, artifact families, or energy conversion. Cosmetic patches and shop SKUs do not justify melting a built carry. Use best teams as the recipe book and builds hub as the upgrade plan after a real combat change.

If a patch breaks installs, prioritize recovery before theorycrafting. A perfect tier list cannot help a client that will not boot.

Reading notes like a captain, not a lawyer

Skim for verbs that change power: adjusted, reduced, increased, fixed, reset, migrated. Ignore marketing adjectives. If a note says affection missions were “optimized,” test one gift cycle on your carry before assuming income doubled. If a note says mail delivery was fixed, open the mailbox even if you think you claimed everything during the 29 July 2026 rush.

Keep a tiny re-test script:

  1. One story node that used to be comfortable.
  2. One boss check from Template C on best teams.
  3. One idle harvest comparison (screenshot before/after if numbers are visible).
  4. One Redeem attempt if compensation codes were announced (active codes).

Do not spiral on rumor patches

Datamined numbers without a live client build are entertainment, not marching orders. Wait for the forced update, then spend. Panic melting artifacts because a screenshot alleged a nerf is how accounts lose weeks of progression. When in doubt, clear beginner week-style dailies and reassess tomorrow.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Are these notes official?

Summaries are fan-maintained for captains. Official EROLABS / client text wins on conflict.

Do patches reset bonds?

Rare. We call it out loudly if affection or Cumpanion progress is wiped.

Why did my damage change overnight?

Artifact, skill, or idle modifier tweaks — re-test [team builds](/builds/team-builds/) and [divine artifacts](/items/divine-artifacts/).

Compensation mail vs codes?

Compensation is usually mailbox. Codes are separate strings on [active codes](/codes/active/).

Should I spend CBT return diamonds after a nerf patch?

Still follow [currencies](/items/currencies/) and [gacha & summon](/guides/gacha-summon/) rules — patches do not make panic pulls smart.
